Tania lives in Aspen, CO where she paints and owns her own fine art gallery. She attended the University of Virginia from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine art and in biology. Her art studies then took her to the SACI Art Institute in Florence, Italy, the Art Students League in New York, and the Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass, Colorado where she won an Aspen Foundation grant to fund her painting study and an Artists' Fellowships for Colorado Artists award to study steel sculpture.
Her honors include a Visual Artist Fellowship award from the Colorado Council on the Arts and an Art in Public Places selection from the state of Colorado. She has had one woman and group shows in Aspen and across the United States.
Tanias Publications include Aspen Daily News 2009 & 2011, Skywest Magazine Interveiw 2010, Aspen Times article about 107 Days in Aspen, Interviews by the Aspen Art Museum director and Plum TV. Her work is found in notable collections including those of Jackie and Mike Bezos, John and Mae Calamos, Louise and Clay Bennett, Ed Bradley and the Four Seasons and Gaylord Hotels.
